Which CBD brand or product is best?

Finding the right CBD product or brand for you may be a process of trial and error. It may come down to a lot of factors, including the strength, serving method, flavor, and formulation. It will also depend on your overall health, which is why it’s important to involve your doctor in your search. Everyone is different, that’s why it’s great that there are so many options available!

How do I read CBD oil labels?

If you see a variety of codes and numbers on your CBD bottle or product, you shouldn’t feel overwhelmed. It’s easy to determine what each of these things mean with our quick guide to reading CBD oil labels.

What are the benefits and uses of CBG?

CBG and CBG oil are very similar to CBD and CBD oil. CBD is actually a derivative of CBG and they are both cannabinoids that come from the hemp plant. Both CBD and CBG have been shown to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and are being further researched. Full-spectrum CBD products often contain CBG.

CBD and Your Health

It’s important to talk to your physician before adding CBD to your regimen. He or she can help you better understand your symptoms and if CBD is right for you.

Do your products contain THC?

Some of our products have miniscule, trace amounts of THC in them — but well below the legal limit of 0.3% (as set in the 2018 Farm Bill). It is very unlikely that most users will test positive for THC in a drug test, but — just as consuming poppy seeds may make you test positive for opioids — it could happen. Always consult a product’s “details page” to find accurate information about the products you buy — including whether it contains THC.

What does "ND THC" mean?

ND THC means the THC in the product is non-detectable (hence ND). This means it has been tested likely by a third-party lab and THC was not found in it. However, this does not necessarily mean that all tests will not detect THC in or from the product.

Is ND THC the same as THC-Free?

No, ND THC and THC-Free do not mean the same thing. ND THC means that the THC is non-detectable, but it may still be present. THC-Free means that the product has been tested and either has less than or equal to 0.3% THC or THC was not detected in the product. Again, neither mean that the product has absolutely no THC in it or that every test will yield the same results. Your best bet for a truly THC-Free product would be a CBD (or other cannabinoid) isolate.
